Another Fucking Design Student

I left my job as a full time Graphic Designer, to develop and explore areas of work that better reflect my abilities and passion for creation.

I am now one of the thousands and thousands of design students in the UK all facing the challenge of getting noticed in a jam packed industry.

I believe in an equal balance of concept and execution in order to produce work that has worth. Blurring the divide between computer software generated design and traditional hand made processes to create something which can be seen to have depth and layers of process.

This blog will showcase work I produce as part of my degree, self initiated projects and behind the scenes of some of my processes. Basically like all the other fucking design student blogs out there. :)

If you have been checking my blog recently you will have noticed a drop in the number of posts ie no posts in a week :) I have been writing a report on becoming a freelancer, which is ironic as I am a freelancer.

That’s been handed in now, so back on with creative projects. Just finished a typographic piece made of expanding sponge, that will be posted soon.
